If you missed it, here's a brief summary of the latest improvements we've implemented in our app since March 28th, 2023 😴

Processes

  • Approval functionality - to learn more about this feature, please click the following link.

  • πŸ“… New scheduling update: up to 18 business days now available for monthly, quarterly, and yearly processes.

  • πŸ”΄πŸŸ‘πŸŸ’ The option to assign high, medium, or low priority to processes using color-coded values, which helps differentiate processes based on their level of importance.

  • πŸ“‘ Subprocess history tracking (preview version).

  • Admins can now modify the deadlines of 'once' type subprocess entities from the dashboard details bar


Dashboard

  • πŸ“Ί Dashboard Overview - an aggregated view of the current status of processes, including errors and overdue tasks.


Tasks

  • πŸ“© By using a specific email address associated with a particular task list, you have the ability to create tasks via email.

  • Tasks with due dates will now appear in red on the dashboard.

  • Grouping has been added to the tasks sidebar on a dashboard. Users can now group tasks by task list, due date, categories, responsible party, priority, and status.


Errors


Templates

  • Bulk changes now available in process template deployment view.

  • Users can now add a short addition to the subprocess description for each subprocess in the template deployment view.

  • Users can now create templates with the 'Show in Upcoming' option and deploy them when necessary, ensuring that they are deployed with this setup.

  • Process report functionality for templates.


UAC


Customization

  • πŸ”¨ Organizations now have the ability to customize and rename the titles of 'categories' and 'tags' to align them with their specific needs.
