In the dashboard, you can attach files to subprocess entities or task items, adding extra information and enhancing collaboration.

Attaching files to subprocess entities

To attach a file, open the subprocess sidebar in the dashboard and locate the attachments section. Click the small clip icon, choose the file, and upload it (you can also drag and drop it). The file will appear in the attachments section for easy access.

You can download all historical files and delete those that are not yet locked for history πŸ”’.

The files are limited to 100 MB.

Attaching files to tasks items

You can also attach files to task items. Moreover, when forwarding emails to task lists, any file attachments accompanying those emails will be included as well.
