New features

🔍 Search functionality. Users can now search the dashboard by typing a fragment of a main process name or task. This feature narrows down the result set to show only matching items, making it easier to pinpoint the exact process or task quickly and efficiently.

Scenario. For example, if you have many corporate action items and want to find a specific ISIN within a process name, this feature will make the search much easier. Likewise, if your process names include client names, a quick search will help you find all relevant items in no time.

➕ Improved template visibility in deployment selection: Users (org. with UAC settings enabled) will now see only their team’s templates, reducing long lists and speeding up template selection.

Overdue section on the dashboard. We have changed the visibility of the overdue section on the dashboard for organizations using the new views.

  • Day view: the overdue section will be visible only when the current day is selected.

  • Week view: the overdue section will be visible only when the current week is selected.

It will no longer be visible if you move back or forward in the calendar to avoid confusion and an overloaded overdue section.

Bug fixes

  • Resolved an issue where opening a previously created process with a T-date scheduled for the 'end' of the period (e.g. from the end of the month) and changing one of the subprocesses would change the T-date selection to the 'start' of the period.

  • Users who are invited to another organization can now successfully log in using the invitation link without encountering an error message in the same browser session. Previously, an error would briefly appear when attempting to log in via the invitation link.

  • Users can now log in successfully even if they continue using the original signup link from their registration email to access the Daymi app. Previously, using this link would cause the page to refresh and display an error message when attempting to sign in.

  • Resolved an issue where attachments were added to the wrong subprocess when a different subprocess sidebar was open while using the process result modal.

  • Resolved an issue where accessing a process change form from the dashboard would open the original main process instead of the new one after a subprocess was moved. Now, the form will correctly open for the main process to which the subprocess has been moved.
