Week View

Provides a complete overview of the week, with each day displaying the scheduled processes and programs, allowing for efficient weekly planning.

Use Week view if you are always considering what's coming up in the next few days. Working on Monday and seeing that your Friday is quite busy helps you to prepare better.

Year View

Offers a comprehensive look at the entire year, ideal for overseeing monthly, quarterly, yearly processes and programs. This view is particularly useful for managing month-end processes and creating an annual reporting schedule.

Year view works great with Processes (read the difference between Programs and Processes here 👈). If your T-date for a Process is, for example, in June, the entire process will remain in the June column, regardless of whether it extends into other months. This allows you to see a clear picture of your monthly processes and where they belong.

Column Mode

For users who prefer a calendar-style overview, the new column view offers a clear and organized visual of processes and programs.

Schedule Filters

Now conveniently located on the dashboard's top row, making it easier to access and use.

This is useful if you want to hide some of the processes on the dashboard and only see monthlies or yearlies, for example. Also, keep in mind that Daily and Weekly programs are never shown in Year view, so they are disabled and cannot be chosen there.

Tasks

You can bring your ad-hoc tasks to the dashboard. Just set a due date, and it will be placed on that specific date on the dashboard, where you can have them together with your recurring processes.
