New features

Daily and weekly recurrences in the new process form. Users with access to the new views and forms can now create daily and weekly recurrences within the new process form.

โ€‹Subprocess deadline selection in the new process form. In the new form, users can now select subprocess deadlines independent of the T-date. There is no longer a requirement to schedule processes relative to the T-date using a +/- days configuration. The form now allows users to switch to a specific date setup and select the desired date directly from the calendar.
โ€‹

โ€‹Group processes by category groups in the dashboard. Users can now view processes grouped by client (category group), making it easier to navigate, drill down to specific clients, and monitor overall progress for a given period.

๐Ÿ’ก Write to [email protected] or use our chat bubble to discuss this if you want to enable it.
โ€‹

โ€‹๐Ÿ”” Notifications. Users will now see the latest comment, if there are any, of a specific subprocess in the notification message they receive.
โ€‹

As a user, you now have the option to skip setting the category/category group and responsible when creating or updating a template. This ensures that you'll be reminded to select these critical details only when deploying the process from the template, minimizing errors and ensuring everything is set correctly at the right stage.

The subprocess performance report now includes the following additional details:

  • MP (Main Process) name

  • Listed subprocess tags

  • Approver information for each subprocess

Bug fixes

  • A process or template report is now generated even if there is a subprocess or template with T-0 and a time of 00:00.

  • Fixed an issue where older browsers (Chrome versions below 105) did not display the column view, instead showing an empty state with a 'Create Process' button.
