New features

Standalone issues. As a user, you can now create and follow up on standalone issues. If you access the Issues page from the left side menu, you'll find the 'Add Issue' button in the top right corner. Here, you can add an issue to your issues register without tying it to a specific subprocess as before.

UAC on Issues. Additionally, other teams can no longer see other teams' errors if UAC settings are activated for the organization.

Tasks on a Dashboard. Now, if you add a due date to a task, it will appear on the dashboard on that date. You can do this from the sidebar tasks menu, which now by default sorts tasks by due date. This gives you a list of unfinished items to add a due date and display on the dashboard. There is also a toggle on the dashboard to turn tasks on or off for viewing.

In column mode, when all items in the dashboard time section are done, it will remain open. (The time section will close if there are no items at all.)

Also, the card size is a bit smaller to save space without losing previously important attributes like team, deadline, or progress.

The completed processes will now be moved to the bottom of the time section to emphasize those that are not completed.

In the new Week and Year views, you'll find a calendar that switches the whole week or year without the necessity to navigate through individual dates.

Added the ability to include links in the process result modal and fixed the file download and delete button functionality. This new modal is currently in beta, but in the future, there will be an option to make uploading a file or adding a comment mandatory when marking a process as completed.

Bug fixes

  • The issue where changing the categories of a category group did not update the categories of subprocesses using that group has been fixed. This previously prevented you from finding the specific category in the subprocess on the dashboard to change its status, even after adding it to the group.

  • Resolved an issue where using a link to an active subprocess entity caused the sidebar to close when pressing the "Details" or "History" tab.

  • Added error messages for exceeding character limits in the editor when creating processes or programs. Limits are now 15 000 characters for main processes and 30 000 for subprocess descriptions.

  • Fixed several smaller visual bugs in both the app and mobile website versions.
