New features

✨ Subprocesses can have multiple categories assigned. Categories are used to group different types of processes under different fields, whether it be different clients, types of procedures, or regulations. Previously, to apply multiple categories to a subprocess, a user had to create a category group. It's not necessary anymore—if each subprocess consists of a slightly different setup of categories, you can now assign multiple individual categories to it.

📝 Text editor for tasks. You can now add formatted text to your tasks and copy-paste images.

📊 'Once' type processes now have a separate chart in Analytics for project follow-up.

  • Displays the overall status at the main process level.

  • The first deadline of a process determines the day/month it appears on the chart.

  • You can sort the chart by tags and categories.

Other

🔐 Organizations that use the Single Sign-On feature exclusively for logging into the Daymi app will have the option to disable the invitation feature, which allows inviting a colleague to sign up manually.
