Keeping track of tasks is essential for team operations. The shared task list feature allows teams to collaborate and track tasks in real time.

Accessing Task Lists

Login and navigation: Log in to your account and go to the 'Tasks' section.

From there, you'll be able to view and manage tasks for any team you're a member of.

💡 If you need to check the access permissions for a specific user, navigate to the Users section and select the Team menu. Here, you will be able to view and edit the access permissions for all users on your team.

Task Lists

Task lists are organized by teams and members, making it easy to see assigned tasks.

Real-Time Collaboration 💬

The real-time collaboration feature allows users to see any changes made to tasks in the task list immediately. This makes it easy to stay up-to-date on the status of tasks and collaborate effectively with team members.

Properties

Each task can have the following properties:

  • Name (required)

  • Description (optional)

  • Priority (Urgent, High, Medium, Low)

  • Status (pending, in progress, done)

  • Tags (optional)

  • Category (optional)

  • User responsible (optional)

  • Due date (optional)

  • Duration (option)

Calendar 📅

The calendar feature allows users to fall back and reflect on any day in the past. This makes it easy to see what tasks were completed on a specific date and by whom.

Details

When you want to view and manage the details of a specific task, use the task details view feature.

This feature supports:

  • Setting/changing all the properties on a task: you can view and edit all the properties of a task, including the name, description, priority, status, tags, category, user responsible, and due date.

  • Changing description: you can edit the description of a task to provide more information or clarify the task's purpose.

  • Display audit history of the task

History

Any changes made to tasks can be followed up in the "History" tab in the details view. This allows users to see who made a change, when it was made, and what the change was.
