New features

๐Ÿ“Š Drill-downs in Analytics. Click on Subprocess Performance or Error chart bars to see which items it contains.

This feature allows you to quickly see which processes that was not done or which errors happened during the selected period. It also allows you to click on a specific error or subprocesses, this opens up the sidebar where you can see comments or other details for the specific item. Perfect to go through before an audit, make sure all missed processes have an explanation!

๐Ÿ•˜Task time tracking. Introducing a duration field in the task list to record how much time you spent on specific tasks. Generate precise reports to see how much time you spend on a specific type of tasks, or to quickly see how many hours a specific client should be billed.
โ€‹

๐Ÿ“… Pre-set dates for templates. When creating a template, you will now be able to set a specific date, not only the current T+0 day schedules.
โ€‹
โ€‹Use case: Setting an annual schedule for audit or reporting for your customers when you require predefined deadlines for your processes, and it's too hard to deploy it using a T+0 setup.
โ€‹

๐Ÿ”’New change password view. An intuitive password change view conveniently located under your profile icon.

Small enhancements to the Dashboard for improved user experience: calendar selector, charts in Overview page, filter bars.

The Data Room (feature for Analytics) is now located under Reports.

Request Approval notifications will now include the Main Process name to make it easier to distinguish the process.

Bug fixes

  • Inactive users were receiving a missed deadlines report every morning, even though they were no longer users.

  • Users couldn't carry forward comments on yearly subprocesses if the last deadline was within one year, as there's no subsequent deadline.

  • Personal tasks now exclude responsibility, category, and tags, as these items are intended for team task lists.

  • Fixed an issue for Forecasting users where they saw doubled workload driver items.
