Daymi Analytics helps streamline capacity planning, determine headcounts, estimate workloads, generate reports, and offers a thorough overview for better decision-making and efficiency.

In this article, you will learn about static charts that take data from your processes, as well as custom charts that you can fill with data added to the data room.

If you're interested in accessing this feature, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or send us a chat message.

Analytics dashboard

The Analytics dashboard can be found under Report -> Analytics. There, you will find a calendar option to view different periods (weeks, months, quarters, 12-months rolling) and the ability to select multiple teams for analysis.

Static charts

'Critical subprocesses completed on time' and 'Performance'

These two charts display the counts for processes completed:

  • On time 🟩

  • Completed late 🟨

  • Not done πŸŸ₯

  • Upcoming processes ⬜

'Critical subprocesses completed on time' chart specifically highlights high-priority processes that are essential for your operations.

'Performance' chart displays statistics for all processes regardless of their priority status.

When is the subprocess considered late?

It could be that you mark a subprocess as done in Daymi after 15 minutes or later, which may not necessarily mean that it was completed late. In your internal system, you could have done it on time, and everything is under control.

Considering the specifics of such operations, we can introduce a grace period, so that your statistics rates are not affected. For example, marking it as done within 3 hours after the deadline could be considered as completed on time

Errors

A separate chart is created specifically for errors, deviations, or incidents. Yes, you choose what you want to track and what you consider to be an error πŸ•΅πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ. With the 'Errors' functionality, you can report an incident or a deviation on a specific subprocess and deadline.

Drill-downs in Analytics

Click on Subprocess Performance or Error chart bars to see which items it contains.

This feature lets you quickly see which processes were not done or which errors happened during the selected period. It also allows you to click on a specific error or subprocesses, this opens up the sidebar where you can see comments or other details for the specific item. Perfect to go through before an audit, ensuring all missed processes have an explanation.

KPI insights

KPI insights provide a consolidated view for the selected time frame, the 'Change column' shows the difference compared to the previous period.

Custom charts

There will probably be more KPIs you'll want to follow apart from the completed processes. That's why we've created a data room and customizable charts for your specific needs. Take a look at the examples below that we have prepared for you.

Example: 'Total number of work done' and 'Staffing'

You might want to investigate whether there is a correlation between the number of cases completed and the number of FTEs at each level (senior, middle, or junior) or the budget. For instance, this could help you understand if having more FTEs or a larger budget leads to a greater number of completed cases.

Charts are created using data from a designated data room (see below), which users update daily, weekly, or at predetermined intervals. πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

Data room

The data room is located under Processes -> Data Room.

There could be a couple of different options to set up a data room table:

  • Multiple subfields can have actual and budgeted values for each.

  • Multiple subfields can have actual values, but the budget is a separate field (without actual).

  • A single subfield can have actual and budgeted values.

We're open to discussing the data room you want to create and the chart you'd like to see. Let us know your KPIs and what data you want to store - be it trade breaks, transactions, or FTE counts.

Data room functionality

πŸ’‘ The data room functions like a spreadsheet!

The 'Prefill budget' feature enables you to select a week and populate budgets with values from the preceding week.

Copy/paste

Copy/paste functionality empowers you to copy multiple fields from a data sheet or Excel file and effortlessly paste them into various fields.

β¬…βž‘
Ctrl + Z or Ctrl + Shift + Z

Undo and redo buttons allow error correction with ease.

Backspace

Using the Backspace key, you can remove selected fields.

Decimals

It enables the input of decimal values.

Navigation

You can navigate using arrow keys, Enter, and Tab.

πŸ’Ύ Autosave

It automatically saves values whenever you add or remove anything.

User happiness tracking

Companies can also send periodic surveys to employees to gather feedback on their daily experiences. The data is then presented in analytics charts, offering insights into employee well-being, correlation with increased workload, and helping identify areas for improvement.

Forecasting

For team leads and department heads, there is an option to activate the Forecasting feature, where they can quickly forecast workload and workforce needs, visualize staffing requirements, and make predictions using historical data entered in the Data Room.
