If you have an existing process that you want to turn into a template you can create a template by copying an entire main process with every underlying subprocess.
Use cases
If you acquire a similar client and wish to mirror the same setup of processes, you can simply create a template from an active process and deploy it as a new process by making some adjustments to names and descriptions.
Copy an existing process. If you want to entirely duplicate an existing process and avoid spending time creating it from scratch, you can simply create a template from it and deploy it as a new process.
How to convert an active process into a template
Go to 'Main Processes'.
Find the main process you want to copy.
Press the three dots menu button.
Choose 'Create template' (next to 'Active/Inactive' and 'Change').
Alternatively, access the main process details and find the same button near the process report and change.
