Did you get here by the guide Adding Process Templates? If not and you want to know more about creating templates, please read this guide.

Now we have created a process template with a few connected subprocesses. Time to deploy and use them!

  1. Click ➕ button on the dashboard window and select the Deploy process option:

  2. You get to a new window where we chose the template we just created.

  3. Configure and customize the process: when we have selected our template we get a preview of the Main process with connected Subprocesses. Here we can make some small and final adjustments before we deploy.

    • Select T date: selecting a date will adjust the deadlines of 'Once' subprocesses according to the specified T+/- days on each subprocess template.

💡This panel is only visible if there are any ‘Once’ subprocess templates.

    • You can also change the name of the Main process (add a date or some other information for history logs or similar reasons), change 'responsible', 'category', 'tags', 'deadline', or 'periodicity'.

  4. Remove unnecessary steps, add new or copy.

  5. When you're finished, press Deploy button.

💡 The templates are saved and can be used over and over again. So now you can define and standardize processes and deploy them at will, regardless if it is an activity that is recurring but not by a set periodicity or date, or if it is to define standard routines that you can deploy when you get a new client or project.
