New features

Organizations can now distinguish between regular users and those with the ability to approve or reject processes, in addition to granting full admin rights or limited regular user rights.

New access rights:

  • User: Limited to the dashboard, process execution, and deployment of new processes from templates.

  • Approver: Granted the ability to approve or reject processes with verification.

  • Admin: Full access to all features and capabilities.

📌 After the release, users with existing 'User' rights will be upgraded to 'Approvers' to maintain their functionalities. Newly invited users will receive basic 'User' rights.

Bug fixes

  • Users can now upload .xlsm files to the process description.
