To streamline issue analysis and tracking, the issue reporting system enables quick reporting and ensures team awareness.

Using the 'Report Issue' button

You can report issues for specific subprocesses and deadlines using the 'Report Issue' button on each subprocess sidebar. Fill out the issue reporting form with the necessary details.

Let's say you are responsible for the 'Daily NAV Estimate' process and need to check prices. If you or one of your colleagues notice an issue throughout the process, you can report it using this new feature.

Choose the impact to segregate issues by impact, and assign responsibility to send notifications to the responsible party once it is assigned and reported 📣.

💡 If you have noticed that you made an error for a deadline that occurred, for example, a week ago, you can use our calendar functionality to navigate back to the relevant date and find the necessary main process card.

Visualizing reported issues❗

Reported issues are marked with a red exclamation mark on the main process card, making them easy to identify.

Changing issue status

At a later stage, you can go back to the subprocess and change the status of the issue. You can mark it as resolved or rejected, which will indicate that the issue is no longer applicable. This will help ensure that you have an accurate record of all the issues that have been reported and the status of each one.

  1. Rejected: No longer relevant.

  2. Open: Ongoing, requiring further investigation.

  3. Resolved: Successfully addressed.

Issues list

Access the 'Issues' menu to view a historical list of reported issues, sorted by status or deadline.

Issues processing instructions

Administrators have specific steps to follow when an incident, error, or issue occurs. These events don't happen very often, and it can be very frustrating to search for the documentation each time.

Go to the Issues menu page and add issue-reporting instructions using the top button on the right side of the page.

These instructions will be visible every time a user reports an issue.

Standalone issues

You can also create and follow up on standalone issues. If you access the Issues page from the left side menu, you'll find the 'Add Issue' button in the top right corner. Here, you can add an issue to your issues register without tying it to a specific subprocess as before.

User access control

When UAC settings are enabled for the organization, teams cannot view the errors of other teams.

Reports

In case you want to export the list of errors and work with them in an Excel file, use the 'Export to CSV' button under the Issues list. You can also follow up on issues on the Analytics page, where you can find a separate graph for them.
