New features

Planner Feature - First Version. We’re thrilled to introduce the initial release of the Planner feature in Daymi! This new functionality lets you assign roles - Maker, Approver, and Backups - to each subprocess, bringing planning and execution into one place.

What’s included in this first release:

  • Start planning: Easily begin the planning process from your chosen dashboard view.

  • Role assignments: Assign Makers, Approvers, and Backups to each subprocess for a specified period.

  • Team notifications: Keep your team updated with an email notification when finalizing the plan.

  • Enhanced views: Use new filters and settings to show avatars for assigned users or highlight unassigned tasks.

  • My Work tab: Access a personalized tab showing only your assigned processes and tasks, filtered by the selected time period.

Owner. The ‘Responsible’ option users could select when creating processes is now called ‘Owner’. This change helps clarify who, for example, is in charge of reviewing and updating the process description. It also distinguishes the Planner’s roles (such as maker or approver, who act as responsible) from the more fixed role of Process Owner.

Invite Users. Now, when inviting a user to the Daymi environment, the inviter can select the team to which the user should be assigned and specify the access rights they should receive.

Overdue. The Overdue section now includes overdue daily processes from previous days. Previously, these daily processes were not shown in this section, this feature enables tracking of any unfinished processes.
