CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files are a common format for data exchange. However, when you open a CSV file directly in Excel, it may not be formatted as neatly as you'd like. Here’s a step-by-step guide to convert and format a CSV file to look better in Excel using the 'From Text/CSV' feature.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Download the CSV file from Daymi. For example, the Daymi process backup file, which you can find under Processes -> Process/Program.

  2. Open Excel

    • Launch Excel on your computer.

  3. Import the CSV File

    • Go to the Data tab on the Ribbon.

    • Click on the From Text/CSV button in the Get & Transform Data group.

  4. Select the CSV File

    • In the Import Data dialog box, navigate to the location of your Daymi process backup CSV file.

    • Select the CSV file you want to import and click Load. It will automatically
