Categories are used to group different types of processes under different fields, whether it be different clients, types of procedures, or regulations.
Multiple Categories
You can decide how you want to group your processes and assign a single or multiple categories to them.
โ
If you assign multiple categories to a process, you can complete them one by one on the dashboard. For instance, if you need to complete the AIFMD rules monitoring process and it applies to multiple clients, clicking on the Categories icon in a process card allows you to expand and control them individually.

๐๏ธ Categories Container
If you have a group of clients or funds that is always the same and applies to different processes, you can create a Category group; it functions as a container for Categories. Read more here on how to do it ๐.
๐ Filters
Filters in the dashboard and for reports work in such a way that if you select a single category, it displays processes with that single category assigned, as well as those processes with multiple categories, including the one you are filtering by.
