Currently, users are unable to modify the schedule of an already saved or existing subprocess in Daymi. This is due to the technical process that we use to save the historical flow and maintain evidence.

However, there is a quick workaround that you can use to change the schedule on an existing subprocess. By using the copy functionality in the process edit form, you can easily copy the existing subprocess with all its related parameters and then change the schedule to your desired frequency (e.g., from Daily to Monthly).

To change the schedule on an existing subprocess using this workaround, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the process edit form of the process that you want to amend.

  2. Select the subprocess that you want to modify and click on the three dots menu button. Then, select the "Copy" option.

  3. In the newly copied subprocess, modify the schedule as needed. All existing parameters and descriptions will be copied over.

  4. Inactivate the old subprocess to avoid having duplicate processes.
