'Users' (default rights) have limited access, can work on a dashboard, change process status (no approve/reject), manage tasks, and deploy templates, but can't see the full menu or change data, exclusive to administrators.

โ€‹'Approvers' are similar to users, but they have the ability to approve or reject processes with verification.

'Admins' in Daymi have full access to the platform's features and functionalities. They have the ability to create new processes, modify or edit existing data, invite new users, and even grant admin rights to other users. As such, administrators have the highest level of control over the Daymi platform.

How can admin rights be granted? As part of the onboarding process, we provide admin privileges to individuals upon request so that they can manage access rights on their own in the future.

In a later stage, if you are a new user but want to modify an existing process or perform an action that is currently restricted, you can seek assistance from a senior colleague or request admin rights to make the necessary changes yourself.
โ€‹
To grant admin rights to a user, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Users" menu.

  2. Select the person to whom you want to grant admin rights.

  3. Click on the "Change" button.

  4. From the drop-down menu, choose "Administrator."

  5. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
