Bug fixes:

  • Improved stability and performance of real-time dashboard updates.

  • Fixed bug with 'Once' subprocesses in template deployment view where adding a new subprocess and changing the 'T date' would reset the time to 00:00 (midnight).

  • We resolved an issue that caused errors when users' single sign-on session ended, allowing them to be redirected to the login page correctly and have a smoother experience.

  • Missed deadlines email report now includes comments again.

✨ Streamline your auditing process with Daymi's process documentation reports πŸ“‘

No more need to keep separate process reports outside of the system. Our users can now easily access this information and share it with their auditors for review πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

The report includes all vital information including the subprocess responsible team or user, frequency, work description, log of when the process was created or changed, and more.

The reports are easy to generate and share, making it simple to collaborate with your team and auditors.

Accessing your process report in Daymi:

  • Press the "Main Processes" button on the left-side menu panel.

  • From the list of main processes, choose the one you want to access the report for, and click the three dots menu button next to the chosen main process.

  • Or just access 'Main Process' details form πŸ€—

That's it! Download your process report as a PDF File for convenient access and sharing 🀩

πŸ’¬ Ability to Edit Comments

We are excited to announce a new feature that allows users to edit their comments on our platform. With this new update, users can easily make changes to their comments after they have been posted.

Here's how it works

  • Once a user has submitted a comment, they will see an "edit" button appear next to their comment.

  • Clicking on the "edit" button will allow the user to make changes to their comment - the updated comment will then appear in the same location as the original comment.

  • Only the user who created the comment is allowed to edit it.

  • Comments can only be edited on the same day they were created until 00:00 (midnight)
