Adding a new category is done quickly since the options are few. First name the Category and then enter a description. The description is not necessary to add but can be used to explain what the Category covers, especially for new colleagues.

Outsourcing companies might have each client as a category while a company with several business areas might have each business area as a Category.

No Categories can be deleted, only made inactive in order to keep the audit trail.
