Each subprocess must be assigned to either a user or a team. If you choose a user as the responsible party, that user does not necessarily have to be the one to execute the process or mark it as complete.

For example, if Fabian is out sick and Lisa steps in to cover for him, she can still work on the tasks and mark everything as complete. This is logged in Daymi, indicating that Lisa was the one who executed the task.

By using the Reports function, you can extract this data and see which user marked something as complete during a longer time period.

If you want to see who has marked the subprocess as 'Done' or who has approved it, simply click on the person's name on the subprocess on the dashboard. This will allow for easy tracking of progress and responsibility.
