Adding a description of the task to a subprocess will make Daymi a powerful way to describe a workflow. When clicking on the headline of the Subprocess, a new window will pop up on your dashboard where the description is visible.

If the description is explanatory, it can make the workflow easy for the user to understand the processes assigned to them. By using descriptions, you can facilitate job rotations, reduce the burden on one individual, and minimize dependencies on key staff.

This is configured on each Subprocess when adding a new or changing an existing one. Described more in the section Adding Processes.
