How to add external contacts

Daymi allows you to include external contacts who are not part of your account. This feature has a variety of uses.

๐Ÿ‘โ€๐Ÿ—จ Organize important contacts:
If you're currently managing important contacts in outdated spreadsheets, you can add them to Daymi and grant access to all users in your account. This way, they can access the information whenever necessary.

๐Ÿ“ง Send notifications:
People outside of your account may want to be informed when you've completed specific tasks. You can set up an "On complete" notification to automatically notify them when you're done with your task! Alternatively, you can set up your team email and collect all notifications there.

How:

  1. Go to your Contact List

  2. Click on "Add Contact" located in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the required contact information such as name, email, and phone number. Include any additional comments in the provided text box and click Create to add the contact to your list.
